OFA SAFI REFUND POLICY

At Ofa Safi, customers are required to inspect items after delivery and report any refund related issues within 24 hours of delivery.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY (24 HOURS)

A refund may be approved if, within 24 hours of delivery, the item is confirmed to be:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Incomplete or missing accessories
  • Not as described

Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

REFUND PROCESS

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items may be required to be returned for inspection and verification
  • Refunds are processed only after approval

REFUND METHOD

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method

used, including:

  • M-Pesa
  • Store wallet
  • Bank transfer (where applicable)

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after verification and approval.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the refund is due to an error on our part,

such as a wrong or damaged item delivered.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is not eligible for refund
  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery
  • The request is made outside the 24-hour reporting window
  • The item is marked Non-Refundable or Final Sale

FINAL DECISION

All refund requests are reviewed fairly in line with this policy.

Ofa Safi reserves the right to make the final decision on all refunds.
