All orders are paid on Payment on Delivery.

Customers are required to inspect items after delivery and report any return-related issues

within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Incomplete or missing accessories
  • Not as described

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

No. The following items are non-returnable, unless defective at delivery:

  • Food and perishable goods
  • Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked Non-Returnable or Final Sale

Refunds are handled under a 24-Hour Refund Policy.

Refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to

verification and approval.

Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after approval.

Approved refunds are processed through the same virtual payment channel originally used,

including:

  • M-Pesa
  • Bank transfer
  • Money WalletCash refunds are not issued.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return or refund is due to an error on

our part, such as a wrong or damaged item delivered

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos
  • Do not use the item before approval

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
