OFA SAFI RETURN POLICY

At Ofa Safi, we aim to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Customers are required to inspect items after delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

RETURN PERIOD

Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the item category and condition.

Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

A return may be accepted if:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item is incomplete or missing accessories
  • The item received is not as described

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging, labels, and all accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective at delivery:

    • Food and perishable goods
    • Innerwear, cosmetics, and personal care items
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Items marked Non-Returnable or Final Sale

RETURN PROCESS

  • All return requests must be submitted and approved before returning an item
  • Returned items are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt
  • Approved returns may qualify for a refund or replacement, as applicable

REFUND METHOD

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used, including:

– M-Pesa

– Store wallet

– Bank transfer (where applicable)

Refund processing timelines are communicated separately in our Refund Policy.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong or damaged item delivered.

FINAL DECISION

All return requests are reviewed fairly in line with this policy.

Ofa Safi reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and refunds.
